Leads product portfolio strategy, engineering execution, new product development, commercialization, pricing, profitability, cost optimization, manufacturability, and compliance. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance while managing a small team. Uses market and customer insights to prioritize investments, guide product lifecycles, drive value engineering, and improve product performance and margins across industrial safety products.

Drives outbound and inbound sales activity, qualifies leads, manages pipeline, creates quotes, and advances opportunities through the sales funnel. Builds and expands distributor relationships through upselling, cross-selling, enablement, and co-selling. Executes vertical growth strategies, account campaigns, playbooks, and product-launch initiatives. Collaborates with sales engineering, marketing, product management, customer service, and field representatives. Uses CRM and sales tools to support revenue growth, with occasional travel for site visits, training, and key opportunities.

Lead procurement and planning to optimize service levels, supplier relationships, and inventory. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, implement supplier KPIs, mitigate supply risks, drive sustainability initiatives, mentor procurement team, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve cost, delivery, and operational efficiency.
