The role gathers requirements, configures and develops AS400-based solutions, troubleshoots issues, creates interfaces and customizations, leads XA upgrades, maintains documentation and training, and drives process improvements. It requires extensive Infor XA and AS400 experience, manufacturing-process knowledge, and occasional travel to manufacturing facilities.

Supports and enhances Infor SyteLine ERP across manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, quality, and finance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, ERP configuration, reporting, APS/MRP planning, security administration, barcode and document systems support, EDI integrations, site rollouts, upgrades, testing, documentation, and user training. The role translates business requirements into technical designs and supports the full implementation lifecycle.

Own and optimize the Global Shop ERP platform across multiple manufacturing businesses. Lead full lifecycle implementations, configure modules, troubleshoot integrations and data issues, develop PSQL queries and reports, coordinate upgrades, manage vendors and partners, document processes, train users, and supervise ERP support personnel. Travel to manufacturing locations for implementations, training, and operational support.
