Serve as the operational representative for contract manufacturers producing JuneShine's THC beverage portfolio. Build relationships with plant teams, manage work orders and inventory in the ERP (Ekos), monitor production across packaging formats, investigate operational and quality issues, support launches and scale-ups, and drive improvements while traveling frequently to partner sites.

Lead state and federal government affairs for hemp beverage policy. Shape regulations, run advocacy campaigns, build regulator and industry relationships, advise leadership on market entry and compliance, and partner with product, legal, and commercial teams to enable growth across states.
