Provides healthcare regulatory legal advice to leadership and business teams, focusing on Medicare, Medicaid, health plan regulations, compliance investigations, regulatory change management, audits, policy development, and operational risk. Advises on products, business initiatives, and regulatory enforcement while supporting responsible company growth in a highly regulated healthcare technology environment.

Coordinates interviews across time zones, maintains ATS records, supports job postings and candidate communications, collects feedback, assists with offers and onboarding, tracks recruiting data, and improves Talent Acquisition processes while providing an excellent candidate experience.
