Provides comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to individuals and families. Builds and manages a book of business through client acquisition, relationship management, personalized investment solutions, partner referrals, financial coaching, and education on digital banking and investment tools. Maintains strong knowledge of financial markets, complies with licensing requirements, and prioritizes client needs, integrity, and goals-based planning.

Lead credit risk for commercial and specialized-industry clients across Southwestern markets. Analyze financial and industry risks, structure and risk-grade transactions, manage credit portfolios, negotiate loan documentation, and oversee bilateral, syndicated, and institutional leveraged finance deals. Partner with internal and external stakeholders, maintain credit reporting standards, manage renewals and amendments, and mentor junior team members.

Provide SBA and Commercial Real Estate lending expertise to Business Relationship Managers: identify, structure, price, and close loans for small and mid-size businesses. Develop referral sources, coach BRMs, manage loan pipeline and client expectations, maintain relationships with SBA offices/CDCs, and ensure compliance with bank policy and SBA regulations.
