Build and optimize lifecycle marketing journeys across consumer and enterprise programs using Braze. Own segmentation, triggers, suppression logic, subscription groups, QA, deliverability, testing, reporting, and performance improvements. Partner with data and product teams on event instrumentation and campaign data. Design multi-branch flows, write email, push, and in-app copy, diagnose campaign issues, and communicate weekly insights and recommendations.
