Provides front desk and patient experience support in a chiropractic clinic. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, managing clinic flow, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, selling wellness plans and memberships, re-engaging inactive members, maintaining patient records, supporting marketing and outreach, and keeping the clinic organized.

Greet and check in patients, manage patient flow, schedule appointments, sell wellness plans and memberships, maintain records using POS software, support clinic marketing and outreach, and keep front desk organized while collaborating with team and chiropractors to deliver a positive patient experience.

Serve as the clinic front desk lead, greeting and checking in patients, managing patient flow, scheduling, maintaining records, and promoting/selling wellness memberships. Support marketing, community outreach, and clinic sales goals while collaborating with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
