The Chief Engineer manages engineering operations, ensures compliance with regulations, and maintains building systems for optimal performance. Responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing safety protocols, and overseeing maintenance objectives.

Provide reliability engineering support for building assets: develop CMMS work packages, perform RCFA and FMEA, create and optimize PM/PdM tasks, implement condition-based maintenance (vibration, oil, thermography, ultrasound), maintain reliability KPIs, and collaborate with maintenance and planning teams to improve asset performance.

The Chief Engineer oversees building systems' operations and maintenance, manages an engineering team, and ensures client satisfaction through efficient facility management.
