Entry-level CAD Drafter/Designer responsible for creating 2D floor plans and construction details in AutoCAD, performing basic Revit modeling, developing part models in Inventor, managing files with PDM/Vault, updating 2D/3D components, supporting document control, and assisting with electrical schematics and layouts under senior guidance.

Develop compliant, persuasive proposal content for federal (DoD) solicitations. Lead and write technical, transition, and management volumes; translate complex technical concepts into evaluator-focused narratives; manage multiple proposals, adjudicate reviewer comments, support capture planning, maintain proposal libraries, and assist transition of awarded projects while ensuring consistency and responsiveness under tight deadlines.

Create and edit technical documents by translating technical data for varied audiences. Collaborate with SMEs and a Technical Editor to produce work plans, reports, and white papers. Build documents to style guides, contract requirements, and company policies. Use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; support document review and revisions.
