The Director of Salesforce Applications leads technical and strategic initiatives for the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals while managing a high-performing team and overseeing project implementations across multiple Salesforce clouds.

Serve as primary inside sales contact for remodeling customers: provide estimates, discuss financing, close sales, retain clients who request cancellations, update CRM, coordinate with design and installation teams, and meet individual sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Lead new market launches across North America, manage facility buildouts, recruit and train production teams, own launch timelines and budgets, create a standardized launch playbook, deliver production leadership training (including Salesforce use), and report post-launch operational performance to senior leadership.
