Summer Associates at Jackson Lewis will gain exposure to employment law through research, case analysis, and drafting litigation documents while enrolled in law school.

The Operational Process Support Manager designs and optimizes litigation staffing processes, improves workflow efficiency, evaluates technology, and collaborates across functions to support case staffing management in a law firm environment.

Lead statistical analyses of wage-and-hour, payroll, and timekeeping data for litigation and DOL audits. Manage 2–3 statisticians, develop methodologies, ensure quality control, present findings to attorneys/clients, and drive process automation and team development while leading multiple projects from intake through completion.
