Supervise and develop quality team to maintain regulatory compliance and high manufacturing quality. Lead investigations, audits, CAPAs, validations, new product/process introductions, process improvements, measurement system assurance, and supplier quality support in a medical device environment.

Lead the site planning team to translate customer demand into executable Master Production Schedules, optimize inventory and material flow, drive MPS attainment, manage forecasting and inventory liability, coach and develop planners, and collaborate with operations, supply chain, and customers to meet delivery and efficiency goals.

Support industrial engineering activities to design, analyze, and improve production workflows, layouts, and workstations. Conduct time studies, estimate project hours, reduce changeover and scrap, implement continuous improvement, coordinate layout and maintenance, and ensure safety and security compliance.
