Leads planning operations across multiple sites, managing planning teams and standardizing production planning processes. The role requires cross-site leadership, supply chain expertise, SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and domestic travel of up to 25% or more.

Leads the Manufacturing Engineering function, overseeing operational and project execution, technical system development, equipment planning, labor forecasting, benchmarking, continuous improvement, and cross-functional manufacturing support. Manages engineers and technicians through performance reviews, coaching, development planning, succession planning, and motivation. Maintains safety and quality priorities while driving efficiency, innovation, customer relationships, and best-in-class engineering solutions.

Supports HR and site administration by coordinating employee and contingent-worker onboarding, maintaining HR records, facilitating I-9 processes, conducting new-hire check-ins, and assisting with recruiting and engagement activities. Manages front-office operations, visitor registration, badge access, supplies, meetings, and site logistics. Provides employee and visitor customer service, maintains confidential information, generates reports, and collaborates with HR, Operations, Security, and other departments.
