Sets up, operates, adjusts, and maintains automated front-end manufacturing equipment used to produce circuit boards and assemblies. Responsibilities include loading feeders and components, monitoring soldering quality, managing flux and solder materials, cleaning and calibrating equipment, entering production data into MES, performing basic program debugging and troubleshooting, conducting quality audits, and supporting preventative maintenance while maintaining an organized work area.

Leads planning operations across multiple sites, managing 12 direct reports and aligning planning strategies, production schedules, capacity, materials coverage, metrics, and standardized processes. Develops planning teams, drives continuous improvement and cost reduction, manages departmental budgets, analyzes plant revenue trends, and supports senior leadership and cross-site collaboration. Requires strong logistics, financial, analytical, change management, communication, Microsoft Office, and SAP expertise, along with domestic travel.

Provide first-line support and routine administration for business applications: user/account management, access control, performance monitoring, deployments/patches, backups, troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation to senior admins or development teams. Ensure security policy compliance and contribute to process improvements.
