Oversees onboarding, pricing, order execution, inventory, logistics, customer systems, complaints, quality resolution, KPIs, and process improvement. Partners across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality, R&D, and IT to ensure reliable execution and proactive communication. Builds and develops the Customer Operations team while driving accountability, scalable processes, and profitable growth.

Supports plant quality and food safety systems in a sourdough manufacturing facility. Manages customer and consumer complaints, leads root-cause investigations and CAPA, analyzes quality KPIs, and drives continuous improvement projects. Supports FSMA, HACCP, GMP, SQF, audit, training, and regulatory activities while partnering with Operations, Sanitation, Maintenance, R&D, and Supply Chain. Requires flexible evening and weekend availability.
