Drive daily delivery routes safely and on time, comply with DOT and local regulations, perform pre/post-trip inspections, offload and shelf-stack products, operate MHE (electric pallet jack, fork), collect delivery documentation, and perform other duties as assigned. Night/weekend schedule with heavy lifting and refrigerated cargo handling.

Lead assigned production lines to meet schedules, quality, and safety. Supervise and train team members, troubleshoot issues, perform line start-ups, enforce process controls, partner with Quality and Sanitation, track production records, and drive efficiency and waste reduction.

Serve as the primary bilingual (English/Spanish) HR contact for production staff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Handle daily HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and recordkeeping. Support two local facilities on a rotating weekly schedule and assist production employees with HR-related inquiries while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Support plant Quality Manager to manage food safety and quality systems, lead customer/consumer complaint investigations, perform root-cause analysis and CAPA, analyze quality KPIs using SPC, drive continuous improvement projects, and support HACCP/FSMA compliance and GFSI/SQF audit readiness.

Lead FSQA team to maintain HACCP and GMP compliance, investigate deviations, manage change control and SOPs, support inspections, develop specifications, train staff, cover FSQA shifts, and oversee product disposition and sanitation strategy.
