Coordinates daily terminal and dock operations, ensuring drivers follow site flow and safety requirements. Verifies load paperwork, completes safety checklists, monitors trailer availability, supports on-time arrivals and departures, updates operational systems, and escalates safety violations or equipment shortages. The role requires professional communication with drivers, facility staff, and internal teams while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Lead onsite dock operations as primary ITS liaison to the customer. Supervise and coach Terminal Coordinators across shifts, enforce safety and compliance, manage documentation and performance metrics, coordinate staffing and training, investigate issues, and travel frequently to support customer sites.
