Lead business continuity and operational resilience initiatives for critical business functions. Conduct business impact analyses, develop continuity plans, map processes and dependencies, facilitate tabletop exercises, identify recovery gaps, and coordinate remediation. Support crisis activations, third-party continuity risk management, training, documentation, and cross-functional resiliency programs. The role also contributes to consulting practice development, thought leadership, and client materials.

Lead complex hardware development programs for next-generation wearable devices, coordinating engineering design deliverables, component deliveries, qualification, schedules, risks, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role ensures development milestones support successful product launches and maintains program documentation. It also includes internal consulting practice contributions, thought leadership, client case studies, networking, and career development activities.

Plans, writes, edits, audits, tests, and publishes support content for WhatsApp product launches. Coordinates with cross-functional, localization, and product teams to ensure accurate day-one readiness across support channels. Manages confidential pre-launch materials, timelines, risks, and multiple workstreams while improving content processes and standards. Also contributes to internal thought leadership, case studies, learning materials, and digital transformation initiatives.
