Supports development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps applications, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint integrations. Collaborates with stakeholders to automate business processes, manage and validate data, test and deploy solutions, document functionality, and provide customer support. Works with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Excel, SQL databases, and Agile project teams.

Conducts operations research and advanced analytics to optimize public-sector command performance and reduce costs. Develops optimization, statistical, simulation, regression, mathematical, and decision-analysis models; implements analytical models in Python; performs data analysis; supports software development; assesses operational questions; and prepares decision briefings, reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Leads complex technical programs supporting government and defense missions, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, customer relationships, and multidisciplinary teams. Provides technical direction across software development, cloud architecture, data engineering, operations research, analytics, and decision support. Oversees modeling, optimization, machine learning, dashboards, and executive recommendations while engaging senior government stakeholders. Supports proposals, capture activities, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
