Leads the U.S. supply chain organization, including procurement, supplier management, subcontracting, logistics, and receiving. Establishes processes, develops teams, manages flight-quality hardware sourcing, mitigates supply risks, and ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, NASA requirements, ITAR, and EAR. Partners with engineering, production, quality, legal, and program management to align materials, suppliers, costs, and schedules for spaceflight programs.

Own the full lifecycle of U.S. government contracts and subcontracts, including proposal support, solicitation review, negotiation, administration, modifications, and closeout. Advise programs on contractual requirements, funding, changes, data rights, and disputes. Interface with government contracting personnel, prime contractors, finance, export compliance, and international affiliates. Build scalable contract policies, templates, and compliance infrastructure supporting aerospace, defense, CMMC, ITAR/EAR, and NIST obligations.

Plan, execute, and analyze qualification and acceptance testing for lunar landers, relay satellites, subsystems, and components. Develop test requirements, procedures, instrumentation, fixtures, and verification documentation; conduct tests safely; analyze data; report results; investigate failures; resolve nonconformances; and maintain test equipment, facilities, configuration control, and laboratory capabilities. Collaborate closely with design, systems, integration, manufacturing, and technician teams in hands-on laboratory, cleanroom, and production environments.
