Supervise warehouse and logistics operations, leading team recruitment, training, coaching, payroll, and performance reviews. Supervise warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, production scheduling, and fulfillment. Lead, train, and provide performance feedback to employees while resolving workplace issues. Monitor productivity, sales and records control, safety, quality, KPIs, and cost efficiency. The role requires warehouse leadership experience, WMS knowledge, physical activity, and flexibility to work weekends or varying conditions.

Prepares, sorts, and scans hardcopy documents into high-quality electronic images while meeting daily production goals. Maintains document order, follows imaging procedures, completes tracking documentation, communicates production updates, and keeps the work area clean. Requires attention to detail, accuracy, sustained productivity, English communication skills, independent work ability, and lifting up to 50 pounds. This is a temp-to-hire position with a 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. shift.
