Prepare, scan, index, review, and certify mortgage documents while meeting daily production metrics, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae), and following safety and security procedures in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, drive strategic sourcing, advise hiring leaders, maintain compliance and ATS (Workday) data integrity, and improve candidate experience and talent strategy.

Retrieve medical files from storage boxes, identify required data fields, and enter information into the client database. Move boxes between pallet and workstation, return files to boxes after review. Work is primarily seated (95%) with occasional box movement (5%). Performance is measured by keystroke productivity.
