Lead daily store operations and assist the Store Manager to deliver excellent customer service, promote pet health through product knowledge, handle front-end duties (cash register, displays, stocking), maintain store cleanliness, support promotions/markdowns and special events, and perform other management-assigned tasks.

As a Supervisor, you will enhance pet parents' experience, assist in store management, provide product knowledge, and ensure a clean environment while performing operational duties.

Supervise daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, support Store Manager, perform front-end tasks, maintain merchandising and store cleanliness, meet sales targets, assist with events and store projects, and handle animal-related duties safely.
