Supervise daily pet store operations, support the Store Manager, deliver exceptional customer service, provide product guidance, meet sales targets, handle register and merchandise duties, maintain store cleanliness and inventory areas, and assist with events and other assigned projects. The role requires flexible evening and weekend availability, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around animals, pet hair, and dander.

Supervises retail store operations, supports the Store Manager, delivers exceptional customer service, promotes pet health products, meets sales targets, handles registers and merchandise, maintains store cleanliness and inventory areas, and assists with displays, markdowns, labeling, and events. Requires flexible evening and weekend availability, physical ability to stand and lift 50 pounds, and comfort working with animals, pet hair, and dander.

Provide excellent customer service and pet care guidance, assist Store Manager with daily store operations, front-end duties, merchandising, inventory, store upkeep, and special projects. Supervise staff, help meet sales targets, and ensure a safe, clean environment for customers and animals.
