Leads planning and readiness for complex operational campaigns across utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage, and gas assets. Develops scopes, schedules, execution packages, outage plans, and project controls; coordinates engineering, operations, asset management, OEMs, contractors, and grid stakeholders. Manages warranty campaigns, commercial recovery documentation, technical records, safety requirements, and closeout data while identifying risks and supporting reliable, efficient fleet performance.

Lead end-to-end development of utility-scale wind, solar, storage, natural gas, and load projects. Responsibilities include project strategy, risk assessment, financial and valuation modeling in Excel, commercial structuring, contract negotiations, cross-functional team coordination, budget and schedule management, and development through construction handover. The role requires expertise in power project development or M&A, energy markets, interconnection, permitting, land control, and PPAs.

Lead technical design and optimization of energy storage systems. Collaborate across teams to ensure projects meet expectations and support energy storage PPA negotiations, while also enhancing engineering standards and tools.
