Leads the company’s accounting operations, including general ledger management, financial reporting, monthly close, reconciliations, AP, AR, audits, controls, payroll coordination, budgeting, and forecasting. The role also drives accounting systems implementation, automation, process improvement, and scalability in a high-volume transactional environment while partnering with leadership and functional teams.

Manage key partner accounts and operationalize partnership programs across sales, product, marketing, and professional services. Deliver partner training and enablement, oversee deal registration and lead distribution, coordinate joint marketing and go-to-market initiatives, track partner and campaign performance, resolve conflicts, and drive partner adoption, pipeline, and revenue outcomes. The role requires strong relationship management, negotiation, cross-functional alignment, and executive communication skills within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
