Oversee all graphic design and production for trade-show exhibits, managing a three-person team, schedules, subcontractors, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure quality control, on-time delivery, inventory and vendor coordination, change-order tracking, budgetary support, and post-show reporting to maintain project profitability and client brand compliance.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative, clerical, and operational support across departments. Manage office operations, scheduling, communications, vendor coordination, data entry into ERP/Excel, onboarding logistics, and internal events. Maintain confidential records and support leadership, accounting, IT coordination, and company communications.

Design and develop creative, manufacturable trade show exhibits and branded environments from concept through fabrication. Produce presentation-quality 3D renderings, floor plans, and documentation; collaborate with Sales, Estimating, Engineering, and Production; ensure designs meet budgets, schedules, and venue regulations.
