Build and own an internal AI-powered recruiting pipeline: end-to-end LLM-based sourcing, screening, AI interviews, evaluation logic, and deep integrations with ATS and scheduling to automate hiring workflows.

Lead and build an end-to-end domain: design architecture, write production code, set technical bar, mentor engineers, and deliver high-impact AI products (agents, runtimes, integrations) in a San Francisco onsite role.

Lead the platform-engineering organization owning agent runtime, LLM orchestration, retrieval, integrations, data & fraud, agent-authoring, and cross-pillar infrastructure. Hire and scale the platform team, set reliability and quality standards, build tooling and eval gates, manage observability and incident response, and remain hands-on in architecture and code (TypeScript/Python). Partner with CTO and CEO to drive platform strategy and execution.
