Lead development, validation, testing, and deployment of protected SATCOM mission products for AEHF International Partners. Provide systems engineering, coalition communications planning, modeling/simulation, troubleshooting, training, and operational support while ensuring export control and data separation and supporting 24/7 on-call and surge requirements.

Support development of command-and-control (C2) systems for SATCOM ground operations. Develop and maintain requirements, interfaces, and architecture artifacts; ensure requirements traceability; support integration, verification, and test planning; participate in Agile ceremonies and technical reviews; coordinate cross-functional engineering tasks and provide technical status to leadership.

Lead technical systems engineering across design, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of classified cyber and space mission systems. Provide authoritative technical decisions, mentor engineering teams, advise senior government stakeholders, coordinate with partners, support accreditation and operational readiness, and perform instructional and IPASC duties. Requires hands-on and strategic oversight in a cleared, onsite environment.
