Leads client experience strategy for managed IT services clients, overseeing client journey optimization, retention, escalations, feedback programs, technology planning, and satisfaction metrics. Manages Strategic Account Advisors and Client Success Managers, drives revenue and churn-risk initiatives, coordinates with sales and service delivery teams, and mentors staff to improve loyalty, advocacy, and client outcomes.
