Teams at Inspiren

Lead system-level product management for Inspiren's connected hardware ecosystem. Define requirements across hardware, embedded, and software; drive discovery of sensing technologies; set success criteria through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production; partner with implementation and commercial teams; and use AI to inform product development and trade-offs.

Own and administer Salesforce and NetSuite, design and deploy Claude-based agent workflows and automations, ensure data quality and HIPAA-compliant governance, manage integrations and quote-to-cash processes, run sandboxed release/change management, document systems, and coach non-technical teams to adopt and extend AI-enabled automations.

Lead and scale Inspiren's end-to-end product support across hardware and software. Build contact center operations, implement monitoring/alerting, drive proactive issue detection, and deploy AI/automation. Translate operational insights into product improvements and develop a high-performing support organization aligned with company strategy.
