Senior full‑stack engineer responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting scalable backend services and user-facing UIs for a healthcare data platform. Works across Agile teams on data ingestion/transformation, APIs, cloud infrastructure, containers, and CI/CD. Leads major initiatives, mentors team members, participates in on-call rotation, and ensures HIPAA/compliance and engineering best practices.

Owns the end-to-end architecture, development, infrastructure, data pipelines, and Power BI reporting platform supporting data governance, informatics, analytics, auditing, and data quality. Leads and mentors a data engineering team, defines schemas and engineering standards, ensures security and HIPAA compliance, oversees testing and Agile delivery, manages stakeholder requirements, and remains hands-on with backend technologies, data models, Power BI, and DAX.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and client-facing product advisement for healthcare infusion-related solutions. Define requirements, collaborate cross-functionally (Client, Product, Architecture, Dev, QA, Design), support UI/UX and pharmacy process optimization, drive go-to-market activities, competitive analysis, training, pricing validation, and ensure HIPAA/compliance adherence throughout the product lifecycle.
