Our plan is to build "Expedia" in Russia with strong corporate development (travel portals), meta-search (similar to kayak in US) and travel social network portal. Product is developed, team is in place, legal counseling is engaged (Berenbaum & Weinsheink in Denver and Alrud in Moscow), all licenses and contracts are obtained. 8 revenue streams can be launched within the first 6 months. Ahead of competition by about 1 yr in development. PPM, pro forma etc are ready.
