Leads accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, cash management, audits, FP&A, and construction project accounting. Oversees percentage-of-completion accounting, job costing, WIP reporting, forecasting, billing, and financial analysis. Supervises accounting functions and partners with operations, payroll, HR, corporate finance, and executive leadership. Optimizes Sage and ERP processes while ensuring GAAP compliance, data integrity, and timely reporting.

Provides onsite and remote first-line IT support for approximately 2,000 devices, including computers, mobile devices, servers, printers, and scanners. Diagnoses hardware and software incidents, manages user accounts and passwords, installs and configures equipment, maintains asset records, documents requests in ServiceNow, and escalates issues when necessary. The role also coordinates with vendors, supports Microsoft and mobile technologies, and delivers customer-focused service to technical and non-technical users.
