Develop, test, and maintain ServeManager features across desktop, mobile, and APIs. Implement back-end code, integrate third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Maxio), update RESTful endpoints, fix bugs, review team code, and improve product scalability and UX.

Build and maintain the ServeManager iOS and Android apps using React Native. Work with product, design, backend, and support to implement and test workflows (jobs, routing, uploads, notifications, documents, signatures). Debug device-specific issues, manage releases (TestFlight, App Store, Google Play), review code, and document mobile setup and secure development practices.

Develop and maintain InfoTrack's cloud-based web solution: build backend C#/.NET services, integrate third-party SOAP/REST APIs, design databases, implement full-stack features (React/JS), follow microservices patterns, write tests, collaborate in Agile teams, and recommend product and usability improvements.

Own strategy, roadmap, and UX for InfoTrack Exchange client-facing products. Drive growth via data analysis, experimentation (A/B testing), and product metrics. Prioritize and deliver product enhancements with Engineering and Design, enable Sales/Customer Success, and measure outcomes to improve adoption, engagement, and revenue.
