Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers on search strategy, assessment, market intelligence, and candidate experience. Build diverse executive pipelines, reduce agency reliance, and provide talent-market counsel. Use recruiting analytics, applicant tracking systems, talent-intelligence platforms, and approved AI tools while protecting confidentiality. Coordinate interviews, references, offers, and onboarding handoffs, and strengthen scalable executive-search practices.

Own R&D Finance reporting, forecasting, Anaplan modeling, SaaS margin analytics, Product P&Ls, close activities, software capitalization, cloud cost allocation, and audit support. Lead two Finance analysts and partner with R&D, Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and Finance Systems. Modernize reporting through automation and responsible AI adoption.
