Manages accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice and payment processing, vendor maintenance, collections, credit administration, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and SAP transaction management. Collaborates with banks, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, support audits, and facilitate month-end close. The role is fully onsite in Longmont and requires strong SAP, accounting, communication, and organizational skills.

Partners with INFICON’s Americas sales leaders on workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, organizational design, employee relations, performance, compensation, culture, inclusion, and change management. Uses people analytics and HR technology to guide decisions, ensures policy and legal compliance, coaches leaders, manages talent and succession processes, and supports strategic People and Culture initiatives.

Develop hardware and firmware for existing, variant, and novel instrumentation products. Own electrical design elements, schematic capture, board layout, embedded software, testing, documentation, debugging, regulatory compliance, and customer issue resolution. Serve as project engineer, coordinate cross-functional product launches, support vendor selection, and collaborate with international teams, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Purchasing. Travel internationally and domestically approximately one to two times annually.
