Design and develop embedded hardware and firmware for product lines, lead projects from concept to production, create test plans and documentation, troubleshoot customer issues, and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams. Support vendor selection and ensure regulatory compliance (safety, EMC). Participate in product launches and continuous improvement of development tools and methods.

Act as a strategic HR business partner to leaders across designated units: advise on workforce planning, talent and performance management, leadership coaching, change management, employee relations, compensation, inclusion, and people analytics. Drive organizational design, succession planning, HR programs, and ensure compliance with employment laws while using HRIS and analytics to inform decisions and build future-ready capability.

Lead and grow INFICON's relationship with a major OEM customer. Create and execute long-term strategic account plans, identify and capture global growth opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts and framework agreements, run executive reviews, and ensure consistent account-level forecasting, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
