Develop and enhance IEM’s Infor SyteLine ERP system through the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, coding in Infor Mongoose, VB.NET, and C#, developing SQL-based reports, testing, documentation, upgrades, troubleshooting, end-user support, and training. The role also supports system conversions, maintains applications, and collaborates on ERP solutions involving manufacturing and accounting processes.

Designs and optimizes electrical power delivery architectures for industrial, data center, and enterprise applications. Provides pre-sales technical support, interprets specifications, contributes to proposals, selects components, and develops standards-compliant solutions. Collaborates with engineering, sales, vendors, and customers to improve system performance and reliability. The role also drives innovation, supports digital transformation, represents the company at industry events, mentors teams, and travels within the Central United States.

Supervises production planning, scheduling, and production control activities in a manufacturing environment. Coordinates production schedules, resolves capacity and material constraints, monitors schedule adherence, maintains ERP/MRP planning data, tracks KPIs, and supports Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Leads, trains, and develops planning personnel while collaborating with production, engineering, purchasing, sales, and customer service to ensure efficient operations and on-time customer delivery.
