Supports grassroots mobilization operations through event listings, host onboarding, logistics, platform maintenance, data reporting, CRM support, security triage, coalition coordination, grant-cycle assistance, and ticket resolution. The role manages tools including EveryAction, NGP VAN, Mobilize, and Freshdesk; supports rapid-response infrastructure; tracks event performance and communications; and provides operational support to hosts, volunteers, coalition partners, and the public.

Supports distributed grassroots mobilization programs across organizational and coalition campaigns. Responsibilities include implementing programs, tracking outcomes and spending, creating host toolkits and training materials, onboarding event hosts, facilitating support calls, coordinating with coalition partners, and responding quickly to developing events. The role requires organizing experience, strong written communication, adaptability across concurrent programs, and familiarity with distributed grassroots organizing.

Provides scheduling, travel coordination, meeting preparation, expense tracking, documentation, and follow-through for the organizing leadership team and National Organizing Director. Supports cross-team collaboration, special initiatives, events, fundraising administration, and external convenings. The role requires discretion, strong organization, communication, responsiveness, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
