Manage pre-owned vehicle sales operations, including sales desk oversight, salesperson coaching, CRM follow-up, inventory purchasing and reconditioning, market-based pricing, website updates, paperwork, manufacturer reporting, and KPI achievement. Lead sales meetings, support dealership marketing events, maintain customer satisfaction, and report daily progress to the General Manager.
