Own full sales cycle for an HR-focused SaaS product: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals. Manage pipeline in HubSpot, collaborate with marketing and customer success, and identify market expansion opportunities in HR tech and performance management.

Lead full‑stack engineering work to design, build, and maintain core product features (React/Next.js, Node.js, Firebase, GCP). Drive architecture, deployment, testing, performance, and developer experience. Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, collaborate with CTO and product, support customers, and help scale the product and engineering culture.

Lead Customer Success for enterprise HR clients by owning onboarding, engagement, renewal, and expansion. Build scalable onboarding and enablement, track customer health and ROI, facilitate executive workshops, and feed customer insights into product and GTM. Hire and develop a high-performing CS team and partner cross-functionally.
