Lead technical vision and architecture for a full-stack healthcare platform. Build scalable backend services, APIs, frontend apps (React/Next.js), cloud-native systems, microservices, and AI/LLM integrations. Lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, establish best practices for CI/CD, observability, security, and performance, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver reliable, HIPAA-aware solutions.

The Senior Director will drive commercial strategies for the CCO, managing programs, enabling AI processes, and leading special projects to enhance productivity and decision-making.
