Leads the design, launch, and scaling of customer Community Health Worker programs. Acts as primary architect and account owner, translating customer goals into workflows, staffing models, metrics, and benchmarks. Coordinates matrixed teams across workforce development, technology, and product; advises senior healthcare executives; analyzes program performance and root causes; and drives operational improvements across clinical and care-management initiatives.

Lead customer enablement for enterprise Community Health Worker programs. Oversee strategic planning, gap analyses, KPI and financial modeling, workflow mapping, implementation, workforce hiring and training, and operational optimization. Own customer relationships, Quarterly Business Reviews, retention, and customer satisfaction while building scalable account-management systems and leading a growing team.
