Leads and supports mechanical design for commercial interiors and tenant improvement projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Responsibilities include engineering calculations, specifications, code compliance, design reviews, quality control, client coordination, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, mentoring, and construction administration. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient, high-performance building systems and requires occasional travel.

Design and analyze low-voltage building technology systems, including structured cabling, audio/video, security, and wireless systems. Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, budgeting, quality control, and multidisciplinary coordination. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers to develop compliant technical designs and innovative solutions. The role includes mentorship, consulting project execution, industry research, safety risk mitigation, and potential domestic and international travel of up to 50%.
