Leads nationwide IT technical operations, including field technician and helpdesk teams, ITSM process design, workstation and peripheral support standards, service desk systems, onboarding and offboarding, office technology, hardware refreshes, cloud and on-premises operations, continuous improvement, and cost management.

Manages a middle-market employee benefits book of business, owns client relationships, leads benefit implementations, renewals, vendor management, and open enrollment strategy, and resolves complex service issues. Serves as the primary daily client contact, ensures service quality and timely execution, applies industry and funding-model knowledge, and may coach junior Client Managers.

Supports Account Managers and Account Executives with insurance renewals, coverage comparisons, submissions, loss analysis, policy and endorsement processing, billing, certificates of insurance, account data maintenance, and client-specific reporting. The role develops insurance and client specialty knowledge while managing multiple tasks under oversight and preparing to assume ownership of a book of business.
