Provide day-to-day HR support for restaurant and home office teams: manage HRIS and benefits administration, respond to employee inquiries, support recruitment/onboarding/offboarding, administer workers' comp and Colorado FAMLI, maintain HR documentation and reporting, and promote culture through in-person presence and internal customer service.
