On-call emergency management professionals deploy nationwide, including Puerto Rico, to support disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and humanitarian missions. Responsibilities include serving in EOCs or JFOs, conducting needs assessments, coordinating resources and logistics, supporting sheltering and mass care, preparing situation reports, managing stakeholders, filling ICS roles, and providing specialized technical expertise. Assignments may last one to six months and require short-notice deployment, extended fieldwork, adaptable schedules, and participation in after-action improvement processes.

Corps members will coordinate emergency operations, conduct needs assessments, manage logistics, and are prepared for rapid deployment during disasters.

Leads the architecture, integration, development, testing, and deployment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure systems for utility Meter-to-Cash processes. Establishes technology standards, develops data strategies using Azure, Databricks, and data lakes, gathers requirements, approves solution designs, manages risks and changes, and supports project leadership. Acts as a utility IT/OT subject matter expert while ensuring compliance with architecture standards. The role requires extensive collaboration with business and IT teams and travel to client sites across the United States and Puerto Rico.
