Lead Subterras scale phase with full P&L ownership, develop and execute a 3-year strategy and AOP, drive orders/revenue/margin growth, manage Business Development and Sales alignment, own product roadmap and launches, guide engineering priorities, and build high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver sustained commercial and operational performance.

Leads procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier management, cost reduction, and supply continuity for direct and indirect materials in a manufacturing environment. Manages supplier performance, negotiations, risk mitigation, procurement reporting, inventory optimization, and compliance. Leads and develops a small procurement team while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Quality on new product development, value engineering, and continuous improvement.

The Optical Engineer develops and leads optical solutions for customers, collaborating with teams on new product development and providing technical expertise for manufacturable designs.
