Owns product planning and execution for industrial and energy product lines, including product vision, roadmaps, market research, pricing, channel strategy, launches, lifecycle management, and performance optimization. Partners with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain to grow revenue, improve margins, rationalize portfolios, and meet customer needs. Manages product content and digital assets while analyzing market and product performance.

Develop, integrate, troubleshoot, and sustain PLC-controlled industrial automation systems and embedded control hardware/software. Lead automation and accelerated testing projects, integrate motors, sensors, encoders, and data acquisition systems, manage third-party hardware contractors, create technical documentation, perform product testing and root-cause investigations, support regulatory compliance and supplier activities, and collaborate across engineering, product management, and supply chain teams.

Leads procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier management, cost reduction, and supply continuity for direct and indirect materials in a manufacturing environment. Manages supplier performance, negotiations, risk mitigation, procurement reporting, inventory optimization, and compliance. Leads and develops a small procurement team while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Quality on new product development, value engineering, and continuous improvement.
