Teams at ICF

Provide FEMA Public Assistance program support: analyze and track project worksheets, apply PA policy, resolve project issues, deliver training/technical assistance, maintain case records and performance metrics, and deploy to disaster sites as needed.

Provide grant and financial administration for disaster recovery projects (FEMA and other federal/state grants). Validate eligibility, procurements, invoices, perform cost analysis and reconciliation, track/report data, coordinate with stakeholders, assist with documentation collection onsite, and measure performance against metrics. Travel to disaster sites and client offices as required.

Lead grants administrator for FEMA Public Assistance and disaster recovery programs. Provide oversight, QA/QC, policy interpretation, cost reconciliation, documentation review, and supervise grants teams. Travel to recovery sites, validate procurement and invoices, maintain reporting systems, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve project issues and ensure compliance.
