The Monitoring Specialist ensures federal program compliance through monitoring activities, report development, recommendations for improvement, and training support. They manage schedules for monitoring activities and draft technical assistance documents based on findings.

Provide FEMA Public Assistance program support: analyze and track project worksheets, apply PA policy, resolve project issues, deliver training/technical assistance, maintain case records and performance metrics, and deploy to disaster sites as needed.

Provide grant and financial administration for disaster recovery projects (FEMA and other federal/state grants). Validate eligibility, procurements, invoices, perform cost analysis and reconciliation, track/report data, coordinate with stakeholders, assist with documentation collection onsite, and measure performance against metrics. Travel to disaster sites and client offices as required.

Support product teams to define and maintain business and functional requirements for a quantitative data processing and reporting platform. Manage data import/ETL tasks, create JIRA stories, prepare functional specs, liaise between product and stakeholders, and assist project delivery and documentation in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Design, build, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure-based data pipelines and storage, leveraging AI-driven detection and generative AI to automate workflows. Implement data security, optimize performance, ensure data quality, collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders, and document systems for compliance and repeatable production data streams.

The Senior Energy Market Modeler will lead modeling and optimization for energy system planning, conduct research, and collaborate with teams to provide insights for energy markets and grid planning.
