Lead Workday integration implementations across the lifecycle (planning, design, build, conversion, testing, training, go-live, post-production). Provide hands-on integration development (Studio/Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism, Report Writer), coordinate onshore/offshore teams, communicate technical solutions to stakeholders, and support Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM modules. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Lead client-facing Workday SCM and Procurement implementations: analyze requirements, write functional specs, test and troubleshoot, manage project workstreams, create client-ready deliverables, and mentor junior staff.

The Workday Financials Director leads enterprise technology solutions by collaborating with client leaders, overseeing project delivery, and fostering innovation in healthcare organizations while ensuring optimal business operations and outcomes.
