Leads the global Revenue Readiness function for a scaling B2B SaaS organization. Sets strategy, governance, operating standards, learning infrastructure, readiness measurement, and multi-year roadmaps. Partners with senior GTM leaders and cross-functional teams to prepare sellers and managers for launches, process changes, and evolving sales expectations. Builds and develops the readiness team, manages priorities and resources, and uses data and AI-supported workflows to improve preparedness, adoption, reinforcement, and business execution.

Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity alerts and intrusions. Analyze EDR telemetry, logs, forensic artifacts, malware, and Microsoft 365 activity; determine root causes and recommend remediation. Support threat-related escalations, contribute to detection engineering and tuning, and collaborate across teams. The role requires familiarity with endpoint attack surfaces, threat actor techniques, Windows and domain administration, networking, web security, and basic malware analysis.

Lead enterprise automation and agentic AI initiatives, owning the automation and integration stack and Center of Excellence. Build secure, reusable workflows and integration frameworks using platforms such as Zapier, Claude, and Glean. Establish governance, standards, documentation, and prioritization practices while partnering with IT, innovation teams, engineers, business stakeholders, and executives. Identify operational inefficiencies, develop automation roadmaps, and deliver scalable systems with secure data handling, access controls, human oversight, and measurable business impact.
