Manages engagements across the full analytics lifecycle, from discovery through solution delivery and implementation support. Designs metrics, dashboards, frameworks, and decision-support tools while communicating insights to executive, operational, and technical audiences. The role emphasizes consultative analytics and business problem solving rather than software development or data infrastructure engineering.

Supports Service Fund Operations by developing data solutions, ETL pipelines, reporting tools, and data models using SQL, Databricks, UDAP, Python, Power BI, and related platforms. Performs data analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, user acceptance testing, and data migration support. Collaborates with business operations, IT, and provider relations to translate requirements into technical solutions and improve reporting and data quality.

Build and evolve Humana’s NBA Action Library and Command Center using React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Kafka. Develop accessible front-end experiences, REST APIs, data models, integrations, automated tests, and reliable state-driven workflows. Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable software supporting action creation, governance, versioning, preview, and publishing.
