Manages a specialty pharmacy sales territory across Fort Collins, Denver, and Pueblo. The role requires frequent territory presence, driving, occasional overnight travel, and participation in offsite meetings.

Designs and operates mission-critical stateful backend services for real-time decisioning and personalization. Responsibilities include state-machine architecture, transactional state management, idempotent and exactly-once processing, outbox-based event delivery, concurrency control, observability, auditability, and failure recovery. The engineer will use AI-assisted development tools, collaborate across engineering teams, participate in architecture reviews, and mentor other engineers. The role requires hybrid work near specified metropolitan areas with occasional office travel.

Leads and develops up to eight Product Owners, establishes product ownership standards, prioritizes backlogs, supports Agile and SAFe practices, and aligns business, technology, and operations stakeholders. The role drives strategic product initiatives, manages competing priorities, improves delivery effectiveness, and ensures work is delivered in the right order, within budget, and on schedule.
