Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and execution for a tax compliance workflow platform. Lead sprint discipline, prioritize product intake, structure Jira tooling, document requirements, and translate complex tax engagement processes into scalable platform queues. Drive Workflow’s evolution as the orchestration layer connecting HubSync modules while bridging tax domain experts and engineering teams.

Build and operate an AI-native software development lifecycle across planning, coding, review, testing, deployment, and incident response. Develop internal AI agents, shared harnesses, CI/CD gates, automated QA, code reviewers, and developer workflows. Embed with engineering teams, ship on their backlogs, drive adoption, remove infrastructure and tooling blockers, and measure improvements in throughput, quality, cycle time, cost, and developer experience.

Lead HubSync’s People, HR, and Talent functions during rapid growth. Partner with executives and the Board on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, culture, metrics, and succession planning. Build scalable HR infrastructure, People analytics, recruiting operations, employer branding, and structured hiring practices across technical, go-to-market, corporate, and executive roles.
